Job Description :


- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced L2/L3 SAP S/4 Support Engineer to join our growing team.

- The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience supporting SAP S/4 HANA systems, with a strong understanding of the SAP S/4 Finance (FICO) and Logistics (LO) modules (FPSL and GL).

- They will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving incidents, performing root cause analysis (RCA), and implementing minor corrective and preventive maintenance activities.

Responsibilities :

- Provide L2/L3 support for SAP S/4 HANA systems, focusing on FICO (FPSL and GL) modules.

- Analyze and troubleshoot user-reported incidents, diagnose root causes, and implement effective resolutions.

- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) to identify the underlying cause of technical issues.

- Implement minor corrective and preventive maintenance activities to optimize system performance and stability.

- Collaborate with L1 support to escalate and de-escalate incidents as needed.

- Document incident resolution procedures and knowledge base articles for future reference.

- Participate in system upgrades and implement minor changes to the SAP S/4 environment.

- Work with development teams to identify and implement Change Requests (CRs) for system enhancements and performance optimization.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP S/4 HANA features and functionality through ongoing training and certification.

Qualifications :

- 2+ years of experience supporting SAP S/4 HANA systems.

- In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4 Finance (FICO) modules, particularly FPSL and GL.

- Strong understanding of SAP S/4 system architecture and configuration.

- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving SAP S/4 incidents.

- Ability to perform root cause analysis (RCA) to identify the source of technical problems.

- Experience with implementing minor corrective and preventive maintenance activities.

- Familiarity with SAP Change Request (CR) management processes.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

- Willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with the latest SAP S/4 technologies
