System / Server Administrator (L2/l3)

**Job Title: System/Server Administrator (L2/L3)**
Location: Bareilly UP India

**Responsibilities**:
Manage and maintain server infrastructure, including physical and virtual servers.
Install, configure, and optimize server operating systems and software.
Monitor server performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure maximum uptime and reliability.
Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions.
Conduct regular security assessments and implement measures to safeguard server assets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and implement server upgrades and migrations.
Document server configurations, procedures, and best practices.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members as needed.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of work experience in system administration in ICT implementation projects.
Proficiency in managing Windows Server and/or Linux/Unix environments.
Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
Strong understanding of server hardware, storage, and networking concepts.
Solid knowledge of server security best practices and techniques.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
Relevant certifications such as MCSE, RHCE, or VCP.
Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.
Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
