Position Overview:

As a Senior Android professional, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality and high-performance mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to create innovative solutions that exceed user expectations.


Key Responsibilities:


Design & Development:

  • Lead the development of high-performance Android applications from concept to launch.

  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.


Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work closely with UX/UI designers to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.

Innovation & Problem-Solving:

  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies in mobile development.

Mentorship & Leadership:

  • Mentor junior developers and provide guidance in technical matters.
  • Take ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion.


Qualifications:


Technical Skills:


  • 3+ years of experience in Android development.
  • Proficiency in Kotlin and Java for Android development.
  • Experience with mobile architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM, etc.).
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and cloud services.
  • Knowledge of mobile UI/UX standards and best practices.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).


Tools & Frameworks:


  • Proficiency with Android Studio and other relevant development tools.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications.
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Espresso for Android).


Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
