Clearly communicate program details, compliance, and policies to both students and parents. Prior experience in calling/customer-facing roles with basic knowledge of Google Sheets is required. Experience in Ed Tech is preferable but not mandatory. Conduct structured verification calls with students and parents to explain program, policies, fees, EMI setup process, placements/internships, and support services. Support in audit processes related to communication quality and compliance. Stay flexible in handling calls, audits, and messaging responsibilities based on department requirements. If any escalations arise during the call, take ownership to resolve concerns and retain the student, ensuring smooth continuation of the registration process.
