Business Development Associate / Inside Sales Specialist –
In-Office Role
Location: Pratap Nagar ,Jaipur | Full-Time | Experience: 2+ Years Preferred
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct
in-office tele-sales calls
and build strong client connections. - Engage with
school owners, builders, and institutions
to present our solutions. - Manage
negotiations and deal closures
with confidence and maturity. - Ensure consistent follow-up for high lead conversion.
- Work closely with the management team to achieve growth targets.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- experience in tele-sales / inside sales
. - Strong
communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
. - Fluent in
Hindi & English
. - Mature, confident, and goal-oriented personality
. - Willingness to work
in-office (not remote)
