Accounts Payable Senior Associate

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Accounts Payable Senior Associate to join our shared services team. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in accounts payable. As a Senior Accounts Payable Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the accounts’ payable function, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company policies and procedures.Responsibilities:- Process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.- Perform three-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receiving documents to ensure accuracy of billing and payments.- Resolve invoice discrepancies and issues in a timely and professional manner, working closely with vendors and internal stakeholders.- Review and reconcile vendor statements, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or outstanding items.- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals and reconciliation of accounts payable sub-ledger to the general ledger.- Prepare and process
