Performance Marketing Manager
to lead our B2C digital marketing efforts. This role is essential in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-driven marketing strategies across various digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of performance marketing, paid media campaigns, and optimization techniques to maximize ROI.Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Execution : Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (paid search, display, social media, and affiliates) to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth in the B2C space.Campaign Management : Plan and execute data-driven paid marketing campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms, optimizing for key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer acquisition cost (CAC) and return on ad spend (ROAS).Data Analysis & Optimization : Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using tools like Google Analytics and performance dashboards to derive insights and implement optimization strategies that drive efficiency and effectiveness.A/B Testing & Experimentation : Design and conduct A/B tests to continuously improve campaign performance, focusing on conversion rates, click-through rates, and other critical metrics.Budget Management : Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum ROI across channels and adjusting spend based on performance insights.Audience Targeting : Leverage customer data and insights to create highly targeted campaigns, segmenting audiences for personalized messaging and offers.Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, and Content) to ensure campaigns align with brand messaging and product positioning.Market Research : Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging digital marketing techniques to keep campaigns innovative and competitive.Performance Reporting : Deliver detailed performance reports to key stakeholders, highlighting key insights, successes, and areas for improvement.Qualifications
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Experience :3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, specifically focused on B2C.Proven success in managing large-scale paid media campaigns with a strong focus on customer acquisition and retention.Skills :Expertise in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).Strong analytical skills with experience in using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and performance marketing tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).Ability to work with data sets to derive actionable insights and implement optimization strategies.Proficiency in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques.Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines.Bonus : Experience with programmatic advertising, affiliate marketing, and CRM systems.
