Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, support financial reporting, and ensure accurate record-keeping. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in accounting software, and a sound understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Prepare and process invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Prepare and submit GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
  • Maintain general ledger and support audit requirements.
  • Coordinate with vendors and clients regarding payment issues.
  • Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.
  • Generate financial reports and summaries as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and other accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • 2 rounds (1 in-person at Belapur and 1 Skype interview)

Pay: ₹60, ₹73,000.00 per month
