Job Description

About The Role:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage end-to-end recruitment for both
IT and Non-IT roles
, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring a seamless hiring experience. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements, build a strong talent pipeline, and help shape a skilled team that drives our mission of transforming higher education abroad.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT roles across the organization.
  • Source candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate final interview rounds.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring strategies.
  • Draft and post job descriptions on relevant platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, company, and HR policies throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular updates.
  • Deliver a positive candidate experience at every stage of the process.

  • You can manage multiple roles and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced, growing organization.
  • Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus
