Job Description Role Overview Position: Senior Associate – Corporate/M&A Experience: 4–7 years post-qualification experience Location: Mumbai (On-site) Start Date: Immediate Compensation: No budget constraints for the right candidate Key Responsibilities Lead and support the end-to-end execution of corporate and M&A transactions. Conduct due diligence, legal research, and draft transaction documents. Advise clients on regulatory compliance, corporate structuring, and contract negotiation. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth deal execution. Mentor junior associates and contribute to knowledge-building initiatives. Candidate Profile 4 to 7 years of post-qualification experience in corporate/M&A law at a top-tier law firm. Strong academic credentials from premier institutions such as NLSIU, NALSAR, NUJS, GNLU, NLU-D, JGLS, GLC Mumbai, or equivalent. Proven ability to manage complex mandates with minimal supervision. Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong team player. Why This Role?
