· Conduct market trends analysis and implement best practices from the industry in order to be more cost optimized & process efficient.

· Educate the client about services that would appeal and add value their existing business.

· Maintain connect with key stakeholders and leverage relationships to ensure consistent flow of revenue and proactively assess & resolve concerns.

· Responsible for taking care of bank guarantees during the Auctions.

· Publish Tenders on behalf of clients.

· Creation of various MIS service-wise and generating various reports and present to the management as and when required.


Client Engagement


· Sustain rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits, exploring specific needs, anticipating new opportunities.

· Follow up with client to raise Purchase Order, timely invoicing & collection, TDS collection.

· Support and participate in ideation, design and development of services and platforms including new-age technological developments in order to enhance customer experience.

· Provide onboarding support to new client by liasoning with Legal & Compliances team to oversee adherence to legal documentation, regulations, work permits, statutory, taxation & financial standards and compliances as applicable in international service delivery domain.

· Responsible for on time contract renewals with existing clients with revised financials. In case of client exit understand the reasons of exit and share the case report with the management.


Qualifications


  • MBA degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • 5+ years' of relevant work experience
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
