CYC Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager, Human Resources to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management within the hospitality industry and a proven track record of managing end-to-end HR functions.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

 Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various positions within the organization.

 Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the industry.

 Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of manpower requirements.

 Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates.


2. HR Lifecycle Management:

 Oversee the entire HR lifecycle, including payroll processing, benefits administration, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.

 Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.

 Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees to support their professional development.

 Address employee grievances and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner.


3. Cross-Functional and Remote Team Management:

 Demonstrate experience in managing and recruiting for cross-functional teams across different locations in India.  Ability to effectively manage remote teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.


4. Strategic Planning and Execution:

 Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.

 Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement proactive solutions.

 Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR management to drive continuous improvement and innovation.


Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

 Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in HR management, with a focus on the hospitality industry, hotel management, aggregators, or hotel chains.

 Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and regulations.

 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

 Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

 Demonstrated experience in handling sensitive and confidential information with integrity.

 Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite.
