We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced

Assistant Manager Human Resources (HRMS & Payroll Specialist)

to manage and oversee the company’s HRMS (Human Resource Management System) and payroll processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll execution, maintaining HR data integrity, and supporting the HR department in optimizing the HRMS functionalities. This role requires a mix of technical expertise in HRMS software, payroll management, and compliance with labour laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:Streamline Attendance Automation across various centersHRMS end to end management including maintenanceManage the entire payroll process, ensuring accurate calculation and timely distribution of salaries, bonuses, and deductions.Process payroll data (e.g., timesheets, leave balances, tax information) and review payroll reports to ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.PF/ESIC & TDS

timely compliancesSharing timely attendance/compliance reportsEnsure accurate deductions for employee taxes (e.g., TDS/PF/ESIC etc.)Conduct training sessions to educate employees on the use of the HRMS portal and self-service features.

Qualifications:3-5 years of experience in HRMS administration and payroll management, preferably in a supervisory role.In-depth understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and statutory compliances.Proficiency in using HRMS platforms and payroll software.Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate and interpret HR and payroll data.Expert in Excel Sheet AutomationProblem-solving skills and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
