Content Strategy: Guide the creation of high-quality content including blogs, videos, infographics, and email newsletters tailored to healthcare audiences. analyze performance data, and present actionable insights to leadership. Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing digital marketing team, fostering innovation and accountability. Manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and cost-efficiency across campaigns. Website Optimization: Drive UX and CRO improvements through audits, A/B testing, and technical SEO enhancements. Social Media Management: Oversee brand presence across social platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement. Email Marketing: Stakeholder Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and clinical teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Compliance & Branding: Ensure all digital activities adhere to healthcare regulations and maintain brand integrity. Innovation & Trends: Stay ahead of digital trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
