Head of Digital Business

About Us:The Media Ant is a 12-year-old company in the AdTech space.Our vision is to Empower All to Advertise and we do so by disrupting the traditional process of executing ad campaigns done through a physical media agency.Our self-serve online media platform enables advertisers to discover 4.5Lakh+ media options across 11 media verticals and we then fulfil their campaign requirements by also planning and buying the media and executing the campaigns.We have serviced over 4000 clients till date and have more than 1.4 million annual visitors to the website( 2023 more than 800 unique brands worked with us for their media planning & buying, making us India’s leading media platform.Digital is one of our key media business units and we are keen to be Full-funnel solution partner to clients working on awareness, consideration and performance campaigns.Job Description:As the Head of Digital Business at The Media Ant, you will play a pivotal role in leading and expanding our digital advertising business. You will be reporting to the Chief Business Officer. This exciting opportunity comes with significant responsibilities and challenges, including:

Key Responsibilities:1.

Client Solutioning : Have a thorough understanding of our clients’ businesses (KPIs, key challenges, user insights and digital journey). How does Digital marketing impact their business and help improve RoI of marketing investment2.

Planning : Strategize, plan, present and implement best-in-class practices for digital media campaigns with ability to collate practical knowledge and best-practices across digital ad-tech platforms, DSPs, biddable media platforms etc.3.

Campaign Management:

supervise, guide and review campaigns across clients to ensure KPIs are being delivered with right amount of attention to detail, automation, dashboarding, and regular streamlining and cadence of reviews4.

Innovation:

ability to grasp defining themes in the digital marketing eco-system and conceptualize and develop innovative solutions leveraging latest tech (e.g. ChatGPT, Gen AI, Automation tools)5.

Tool Development:

work with cross-functional teams of Business Analyst, Product, Process, Tech and Strategy execution team to keep developing best-in-class processes & tools for growth marketing

Day to Day Work:1.

Client Engagement:

work closely with the client marketing team to understand campaign brief & objectives and pitch digital marketing solutions2.

Team Management:

work closely with team members to ensure deliverables are on track3.

Business Delivery:

Ensure Annual, Quarter and Month business targets are achieved via close monitoring and regular reviews of pipeline at both account & campaign level.4.

Plan Reviews:

ensure best-in-class plan pitches are shared & executed to meet the client campaign objectives5.

Partner Engagement:

work closely with partner-management of key digital platforms across Google, Meta, Programmatic, OTT, DSP, DMPs

Qualifications:Must Have1.

Experience:

8-12 years of total work experience with 6+ years in Digital media across Branding & Performance campaigns. Prior agency experience on client solutioning & business development preferred. Proficiency in running programmatic, biddable digital media campaigns.2.

Team

Leadership : Demonstrated experience in managing teams and fast-growing businesses.3.

Communication & Analytical skills : sound communication skills and analytical insights4.

Digital Media Mastery:

A deep knowledge of integrated digital media, including planning and measurement capabilities, latest innovations in the digital landscape.Good to Have

Stakeholder Engagement:

Proven ability to lead strategic discussions with senior client stakeholders.6.

Innovative

Thinking : Self-motivated, creative, and solution-focused.7.

Process

Expertise : Proficiency in setting up scalable processes.

Professional Degree : Min.
