Roles and responsibilities:

1. End-to-End Talent Acquisition:

  • Embark on the full cycle recruiting process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and skillfully negotiating offers.
  • Work in close collaboration with hiring managers to truly understand their needs and craft effective recruiting strategies.

2. Leadership Hiring:

  • Strategize and execute plans for acquiring executive and leadership-level talent, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals and vibrant culture.
  • Engage with our esteemed senior leadership to define hiring requirements and proactively build a talent pipeline for pivotal leadership positions.

3. Employer Branding and Candidate Experience:

5. Data-Driven Recruitment:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including talent pooling based on the regional sourcing strategy.
  • Proactively build pipelines and manage passive candidates in critical talent segments.
  • Manage all steps of the talent acquisition process including attraction, sourcing, screening, selection, and assessment.
  • Execute targeted campaigns and projects in response to business needs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Familiarity with HR software and tools.
