Role Description
This is a full-time Regional Sales Manager role at Pharmtak Ophthalmics I Pvt Ltd at HQ Bengaluru. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations and strategies in the assigned region. Your main goal will be to drive revenue growth by developing and implementing effective sales plans, managing a team of sales representatives, and building strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. This is an on-site role.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales role preferably in a Pharmaceutical Company specialising in Ophthalmic Segment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Results-oriented and target-driven mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region
