Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. They will also be responsible for developing and executing plans to meet or exceed sales targets. He will have to look after Entire South Region comprising Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, AP & Telangana.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales and sales management
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
Sales planning, forecasting, and budgeting skills
Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in nMechanical Engineering & MBA in business, sales, marketing, or related field (added advantage)
Candidates could be from following industries-Power Transmission, Gear Box Industries, Conveyors, Material Lifting Equipments, Crusher & Machine Tools.
Must have worked in more than 1 State with EPC, Consultants, End Customers & OEMs. Working with Dealers will be an added advantage.
