To strengthen our teams for Metro Rail Project in Madhya Pradesh,  we are looking for:

 

Procurement Engineer (Contract, Tendering) (m/f)

 

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Engineering.
  • 10 years of professional experience in procurement, with a strong track record of success. At least 3-5 years of experience in procurement for Metro Rail projects.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive tendering strategies for Metro Rail projects, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Manage the tendering process from advertisement to award, including preparing tender documents, managing vendor inquiries, and evaluating bids.
  • Conduct technical and commercial evaluations of bids to select the most qualified and cost-effective suppliers.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with successful bidders, ensuring alignment with project requirements and best commercial terms.
  • Manage contract administration throughout the project lifecycle, including monitoring supplier performance, addressing issues, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Metro Rail projects' relevant contractual laws and procurement regulations.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders (engineering, project management) and external suppliers.
  • Continuously improve procurement processes to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
