This role will play a critical part in advancing ETS’s growth throughout India and executing innovative strategies to acquire top talent for the ETS India Subsidiary. This position will report directly to the Director, HR - India with a reporting line into the Executive Director of Talent Acquisition. As ETS expands its international presence, this position will help develop and implement global recruiting efforts. The Recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to deliver an end-to-end recruiting strategy, streamlined processes, and a ramp up staffing plan throughout India.
Lead recruitment efforts for ETS India, handle full recruitment lifecycle, manage multiple job requisitions, and deliver on a high-volume basis.
Partner with recruitment vendors/RPO to ensure that open positions are filled in a timely manner with the best candidates. Partner with corporate Human Resources to manage those vendor service providers (i.e., agencies, advertising, recruiting collateral, ATS) and ensure cost-effective solutions for recruiting programs and processes.
Partner with corporate Human Resources to align recruiting strategies, vision, objectives as one ETS and in support of the overall business strategy and define and communicate ETS employment brand to all candidates and through multiple marketing channels.
Partner with corporate Human Resources to build, align, and implement creative, timely, cost effective and competitive staffing solutions including Employment Branding, Candidate Experience, Employee Referral Programs, Intern Programs, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Hiring Initiatives, Enterprise Recruiting Tools, Programs, Systems, Onboarding, etc.
Consult with clients to formulate an appropriate sourcing strategy, develop a full understanding of hiring needs, job qualifications, and the job description (i.e., internal direct sourcing, networking, social recruitment, etc.)
Research and understand labor markets across the recruiting landscape to identify candidates and provide a positive candidate experience, as well as understand how trends may have implications on hiring needs.
Source, identify, and cultivate passive candidates and convert them into applicants by engaging them with a consistent communication cadence to build interest and progress them through the hiring process.
Evaluate candidates through the formal screening and interview process; assess criteria, knowledge, skills, and abilities; provide assessments, when needed.
Provide feedback insights, and trends to hiring managers and business leaders.
Analyze and prepare metrics on recruiting and retention including cost per hire, applicant flow, time-to-fill, and hiring manager and new employee satisfaction.
Maintain expertise of ETS India’s employment policies, programs, laws and ensure regulatory compliance, recruiting best practices, and hiring policies and procedures are adhered.
Work with the nuances of specific local cultures to make informed decisions.
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrate consideration for ETS’s reputation, and apply sound ethical judgement.
Adhere to ethical standards and comply with the laws and regulations applicable to your job function.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree required or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired.
Master’s degree preferred in Human Resources or a related concentration.
Minimum of 6+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
Experience in leading recruitment efforts in India
Demonstrated experience in a leadership position for end-to-end recruitment management for large, diversified portfolio both in terms of experience and across domains (IT, Finance, HR, Marketing, R&D, etc.) * Hands on experience and proficiency with ATS, HRIS, and MS Office Suite software.
GPHR, PHR, SHRM-CP certifications preferred.
In depth knowledge and understanding of talent acquisition, recruiting methodologies, talent marketing, sourcing techniques, etc.
Ability to manage and prioritize recruiting initiatives, at varying stages to bring to timely completion.
Proven success in bringing innovative ideas to meet talent acquisition needs globally.
Demonstrated relationship management, partnership, and collaboration skills.
The ability to negotiate, influence, consult, and provide guidance to all levels of leaders.
Problem solving mindset and the ability to leverage technology for business solutions.
