Being one of the market leaders in the vertical, we are looking at at a seasoned Business Development leader to aid our global expansion plans. Job Description Develop and execute demand generation strategies to enhance lead generation and customer acquisition. Lead the SDR / BDR initiatives, with strong focus on Outbound motion. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business objectives and revenue goals. Analyse campaign performance metrics and optimise strategies for maximum ROI. Manage and execute email marketing, digital advertising, and content marketing campaigns. Identify and target key customer segments to drive engagement and conversion. Leverage marketing automation tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate campaign performance and insights to stakeholders. The Successful Applicant A successful Leader of Business Development, should have: A strong educational background in marketing, business, or a related field. Proven expertise in running tiered SDR / BDR teams Proven background in running outbound motions Proficiency with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms. Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Strong communication and presentation skill
