Job Description

Job Title: Product Leader

Reporting to: Chief Technology and Product Officer

Salary: Competitive

Location: Bangalore


Job Purpose

We’re looking for a visionary Product Leader with experience in driving AI product strategy and execution. You will lead product development for AI solutions tailored to the unique needs of the media & entertainment and automotive sectors. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including AI engineers, software engineers, sales and marketing teams to bring transformative products to market.


Responsibilities

  • Product strategy and roadmap: Work closely with the sales & marketing teams to create market and customer focused product roadmap and execution plan
  • Product development and delivery: Lead end-to-end product development from ideation through launch, ensuring products are delivered on time, within scope, and of the highest quality
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and executive leadership; Gather and prioritize feedback from customers, industry experts, and sales teams to refine and improve product offerings
  • Technical and People Leadership: Provide leadership and mentorship to a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement; Drive cross-functional team alignment, ensuring that all teams are working cohesively toward common goals and objectives


Professional Experience

  • Experience: 8+ years of industry experience preferably in product roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of edge computing technologies and proven software development expertise (Android, Java, C/C++) with the ability to work closely with engineering teams to guide technical decisions.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and deliver results in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of successfully managing stakeholder relationships and driving alignment.
  • Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the media, entertainment, and/or automotive markets is highly preferred


Qualification

Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent); MBA or advanced degree is a plus
