CA- RM

  • Acquire new current account customers (SMEs, traders, corporates, self-employed professionals).
  • Generate leads through market visits, cold calls, references, and branch walk-ins.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for CASA, term deposits, and other banking products.
  • Promote and sell banking products like cash management, trade & forex, insurance, loans, and merchant solutions.
  • Identify customer needs and provide suitable financial solutions.
  • Build long-term relationships with newly acquired customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients for their financial and transactional needs.
  • Understand the local market, industry segments, and competition to strategize customer acquisition.
  • Plan sales activities, participate in promotional events, and enhance visibility in the catchment area.
  • Ensure accurate KYC, documentation, and adherence to bank policies and RBI regulations.
  • Maintain updated customer records in CRM systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹389, ₹1,484,494.27 per year
