As the Growth Head at Snooplay, you will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies that drive business objectives. This role requires a blend of analytical thinking, creativity, and leadership to optimize our marketing channels, identify new growth opportunities, and scale the business. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the company’s vision and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Growth Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
2. Distribution & Marketing: Lead marketing initiatives that resonate with target audiences and drive brand visibility.
3. Program Management: Oversee and manage growth-related projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business objectives.
4. Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze and interpret data to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives. Utilize insights to make informed decisions and optimize strategies.
5. Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing growth team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
6. Oversee the entire customer lifecycle, from brand awareness to post-purchase engagement.
7. Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies and identify opportunities for Snooplay to leverage them for growth.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 6-8 years of experience in growth or business roles within early-stage startups.
- Proven track record of growing an organization, with measurable results reflected in numbers.
- High on ownership, accountability & bias for action.
- Distribution & Marketing: Proven track record in developing and executing successful distribution and marketing strategies.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis, with the ability to draw insights and make data-driven decisions.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
