Position : Associate Dental Surgeon – Periodontist
Location : Ridgetop Dental International, Bengaluru
Employment Type : Full-Time
Responsibilities
- Diagnosis & Treatment Planning: Provide accurate diagnosis for new patients and propose comprehensive treatment plans, ensuring all procedures are thoroughly explained and patient concerns are addressed.
- Patient Education: Educate patients on procedures, ensuring clear communication and addressing all doubts to promote informed treatment decisions.
- Adherence to SOPs: Follow all clinical and operational SOPs and seek necessary approvals, ensuring high standards of patient care. Adhere to established protocols including photographs, X-rays (Bite-wings, OPG, IOPAR, CBCT), and ensure all necessary records are maintained.
- Surgical Procedures: Perform surgeries following defined protocols and ensure the highest quality of care.
- Primary Doctor Role: Take ownership of treatment completion, coordinating with specialists and following group practice protocols for seamless patient care.
- Treatment Acceptance: Persuade and gain patient acceptance for treatment plans while ensuring quality care and transparency.
- Lab Coordination: Collaborate with dental labs for timely lab work and ensure quality results.
- Scheduling & Follow-up: Work in sync with Treatment Coordinators to schedule patient appointments for timely treatment completion.
- Production Goals: Meet production targets set by management on a monthly basis, contributing to the growth of the practice.
- Communication & Ethics: Foster transparency, clear communication, and maintain the highest ethical standards in patient care and team collaboration.
Qualifications
- MDS in Periodontology with 5+ years of experience.
Skills
- Expertise in diagnosing and managing periodontal diseases, surgical procedures, and dental implants.
- Procedures include - Periodontal Therapy & Soft Tissue Management, Dental Implants and Bone Grafting, Laser Dentistry Techniques, Scaling, Root Planing, and Polishing, Surgical Debridement
- Ability to follow clinical protocols and standards for high-quality care.
- Strong communication skills with a patient-centered approach.
