Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an International Business Development Manager located in Gurugram. We are looking for a driven International Business Development Manager with 1-2 years of hands-on experience in CPL affiliate marketing. This position involves identifying and onboarding high-quality affiliates, fostering strong partnerships, and driving sustainable business growth. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to optimize campaigns and deliver maximum ROI for advertisers.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of proven experience in Business Development within the CPL affiliate marketing space, preferably for international markets
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing models, lead generation, and CPL campaign dynamics
- Strong Account Management skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the affiliate marketing industry is a plus
