(Urgent) Delivery Manager- Affiliate Marketing

Job Description We are seeking a Delivery Manager Affiliate Marketing who will be responsible for managing and optimizing relationships with Chinese affiliate publishers. The ideal candidate will ensure the successful execution and delivery of direct campaigns, maintaining performance and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and grow relationships with Chinese publishers within the affiliate network. - Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of direct advertising campaigns, ensuring timelines, KPIs, and quality benchmarks are met. - Monitor traffic quality, performance metrics, and campaign delivery in real time. - Work closely with the sales and account teams to align publisher capabilities with campaign objectives. - Identify new Chinese traffic sources and onboard relevant affiliate partners. - Resolve any delivery or compliance issues promptly and professionally. - Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance and publisher activity. Requirements: - Proven experience in affiliate marketing and campaign delivery. - Strong understanding of performance marketing models (CPI, CPA, CPL, etc.). - Experience working with Chinese publishers or traffic sources is highly preferred. - Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is a strong advantage. - Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment.
