Ensure responsiveness, accuracy, and conversion to drive growth across multiple product lines and industries. Responsibilities: Supervise and mentor the inside sales team; set and track daily/weekly KPIs. Oversee quotation accuracy, turnaround time, and follow-up discipline. Coordinate with Product Managers, BDMs, and logistics for pricing, stock, and delivery. Maintain CRM/ERP hygiene and streamline sales workflows. Present key performance reports directly to management. Resolve escalations and enhance customer experience. Minimum Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in inside sales, key account management, purchase or supply chain management in the electronic component and/or semiconductor industry. OR 6+ years' experience in inside sales, key account management, purchase or supply chain in the industries related to electrical and/or industrial automation and/or electronic manufacturing serves (EMS) and/or cable harness and/or related functions.
