Business Development Executive (BDE) – Solar Industry

Location: Noida

About Us

We are a growing company in the renewable energy sector, specializing in solar projects and solutions. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) with prior experience in the solar industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the solar sector.
  • Generate leads, build client relationships, and convert them into long-term business.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable solar solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver business presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with solar policies, market trends, and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of proven experience as a BDE in the solar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of solar products, solutions, and services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to achieve sales targets and work under minimal supervision.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
