Key Responsibilities:

Define strategy and road map for e-commerce product, working closely with other product managers, technology team and business stakeholders

Build and Solve customer experience across acquisition, payment etc. with the help of market research, business feedback

Capable of working in ambiguity

Data driven decision making skills and agility to solve business challenges

Translate business strategy into product strategy and create viable solutions with the help of technologies

Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities

Ability to prioritize features and defects and solve them with the help of technology

Work closely with design team in creating customer focused user experience

Adept at Go to Market strategy helping the launch of product and features




Requirements:

Looking for someone with 9 to 12 years of experience in Product Management

Experience working in agile development process

Adept in documentation and wireframe creation

Strong problem solving and analytical capabilities

Experience from e-commerce organisation

Experience in handling user acquisition and drive metrics associated with customer acquisitions

Graduate/Post-graduate with engineering background





Education Required :


BE/B.Tech & MBA from top tier universities
