Position Overview

Inside Sales Lead

Requirements:

The Inside Sales Lead at Codeforce 360 is responsible for leading and managing the inside sales team, driving revenue, and expanding the client base. This role involves a combination of sales, coaching, and strategic planning to ensure the team meets its targets and objectives.


Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of Inside Sales Executives, providing guidance, mentoring, and coaching to help them achieve their sales targets.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate leads, close deals, and achieve revenue goals.
  • Lead Generation: Personally, and through the team, identify and engage with potential clients, leveraging various channels, including online research, industry events, and referrals.
  • Client Engagement: Oversee the team's interactions with potential clients, ensuring a high level of professionalism and customer service in introducing staffing services and addressing client needs.
  • Sales Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs for the inside sales team and use CRM software to monitor and report on sales progress, providing regular updates to upper management.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Assist the team in negotiations, especially with larger or more complex clients, to secure contracts and maintain client relationships.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and client feedback, using this information to adapt and improve sales strategies.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the inside sales team to enhance their skills.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Substantial experience in inside sales, with a proven track record of success in the staffing or recruitment industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide the team to meet and exceed targets.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the US staffing industry, labor laws, and workforce trends.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Experience: 5 - 8 Years
