We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Executive -Lead generation) for (US Staffing clients that thrive in a quick sales cycle environment.
As an inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.
Job Summary:
As an Inside Sales Representative , you will play a key role in driving our sales growth. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and closing sales. Your excellent communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to understand client needs will be crucial in helping us achieve our sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify new sales opportunities through various channels including phone, email, and social media.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing the sale, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for the client.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate their value to clients.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop and execute strategies for lead generation and sales growth.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to the sales manager.
Qualifications:
- Must Have Experience: A minimum of 7 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a related role.
- MUST HAVE - US MARKET Sales lead generation experience.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools. Familiarity with (specific tools/software) is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Motivation: Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Team Player: Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
