Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and organised individual to fill the role of Commercial support manager. This multifaceted position requires someone with exceptional coordination skills to support our sales team, handle administrative tasks, manage office activities, and ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will be adept at creating quotations, presentations, and working closely with the sales team. Additionally, they will oversee vendor relationships, logistics, and stock management while preparing monthly MIS reports, experience in the food service industry, and an understanding of commercial kitchen operations are highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and marketing support:
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate quotations and presentations for clients.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales data and customer interactions.
- Process orders and liaise with customer service for timely delivery.
- Coordinate with vendors and freight forwarders to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and handle stock management.
- Collaborate with accounts and other teams for accurate paperwork and timely processes.

Administrative Tasks:
- Handle day-to-day administrative duties to support office operations.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Organise meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team.
- Assist in the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documents.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and handle stock management.
- Collaborate with accounts and other teams for accurate paperwork and timely processes.
Logistics and Stock Management:
- Coordinate deliveries and shipments to ensure timely fulfilment of orders.
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks.
- Implement strategies to optimise stock levels and minimise wastage.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales support, administrative roles, or similar positions.
- Experience in the food service industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and spreadsheet software).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Understanding of commercial kitchen operations and supply chain logistics is preferred.
- Willingness to relocate to Bangalore, India.
