Work Experience: 3+ years experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist


Location: Mumbai


The Job Responsibility:

  • To be able to forecast annual hiring needs and devise innovative hiring strategies for 70 EMG in line with its business objectives/ overall target of the company.
  • Identifying the suitable sources of recruitment and apply the learnings during the selection process.
  • Creating awareness and amplifying the referral process within the company.
  • Re-engineer & streamline the recruitment and selection process at 70 EMG.
  • Devise creative and innovative processes to hire/ attract the right talent.
  • Design and execute a comprehensive, integrated employer brand strategy for 70 EMG that authentically projects the values/culture of the company.
  • Develop communication campaigns to support the talent recruiting strategy and drive candidate attraction and engagement through social media, events, and other channels.
  • Promote and communicate the employee value proposition through various digital and social media platforms.
  • To be able to work on a time-based turnaround time, from requirement to closure.
  • Ensuring all checkpoints under talent acquisition are met and followed smoothly.
  • Continuous re-evaluation of recruitment strategies to meet the hiring requirements at 70 EMG.

Desired Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with social media, C.V. databases, and professional networks.
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting, ranging from sourcing, selection, closure and using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • In-depth understanding of the functioning of 70 EMG departments and its culture/ethos.
  • Timeline oriented.
