Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for an Application Support Engineer. The Application Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support for applications, diagnosing issues, and developing solutions. Tasks include troubleshooting problems, analyzing and resolving application-related inquiries, and ensuring proper functionality of software applications.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in IT sector.
  • Finone banking application (understanding of the lending domain, LOS / LMS implementation.)
  • Database (Oracle, MySQL)
  • General support skills
  • Good understanding of application deployments, WebLogic managed servers, and a basic understanding of Windows / Linux servers
  • Strong Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting abilities
  • Good Communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site team in Mumbai
  • Relevant experience or qualifications in IT or related fields
  • Experience with software development and programming is a plus
