Introduction

We are Adform, a leader in the advertising industry, seeking a Senior Security Analyst to join our expanding IT security department in our Mumbai office. In this role, you will be part of a diverse team spread across Mumbai, Vilnius, and Copenhagen. Reporting directly to the Head of Security in Copenhagen, you will play a crucial role in shaping and growing the Mumbai team over time.

We are looking for a hands-on professional who is ready to dive deep into the details of our security infrastructure, tackling daily tasks head-on, while ensuring that our processes and policies are up to standard. This position is an excellent opportunity for those who enjoy both the strategic and tactical aspects of IT security. Your responsibilities -

  • Assist the Head of Security in ensuring the updating of governance and realization of implementation plans within their responsibilities, including process improvements and instruction updates.
  • Handle incident management, response management, and security problem management.
  • Develop and manage business continuity plans and IT disaster recovery strategies.
  • Test response plans and carry out root cause analysis. Lead investigation management procedures.

We expect -

  • At least 7 years of experience in a similar role in IT security.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications, such as CISSP or CISM, are a plus.
  • Strong communication skills. You'll be working with colleagues across multiple locations, so the ability to communicate effectively is crucial.
  • Working knowledge of Palo Alto security products and/or Microsoft Azure security products is a plus.
  • A problem-solving mindset when dealing with complex security challenges on a regular basis. We need someone who's able to think critically and creatively to develop effective solutions.
  • Proven experience in training and developing junior profiles in the field.
