Our Clientis a rapidly growing company in the solar industry dedicated toadvancing solar energy through innovative solutions in constructionmanufacturing and cloud technology. As part of our dynamic team youwill play a critical role in managing and executing programs thatdrive our mission forward.

PositionSummary

We are seeking experiencedProgram Managers with strong backgrounds in supply chain andmanufacturing to join our team. The ideal candidates will have aproven track record of managing programs within constructionmanufacturing solar and cloud environments consistently meetingmilestones and delivering results.

KeyResponsibilities

  • Lead andmanage multiple programs simultaneously ensuring they align withthe companys strategic objectives and are delivered on time andwithin budget.
  • Develop and maintain programplans schedules and budgets and provide regular updates tostakeholders.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams including engineering manufacturing supply chain and financeto ensure seamless program execution.
  • Identifyand mitigate risks resolve issues and drive continuous improvementwithin programs.
  • Communicate effectively withall levels of the organization from team members to executiveleadership ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and excellence withinthe program team.

RequiredQualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Supply Chain Management or a relatedfield.
  • 7 years of experience inprogram management with a focus on supply chain andmanufacturing.
  • Proven experience managingprograms in construction manufacturing solar and cloudenvironments.
  • Exceptional communication skillsboth written and verbal with the ability to convey complexinformation clearly and concisely.
  • Strongleadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivateand inspire teams.
  • Proficiency in programmanagement tools and methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Masters degree in Business Administration or arelated field.
  • PMP PgMP or other relevantcertifications.
  • Experience working in afastgrowing startup environment.
  • Knowledge ofsolar energy technologies and industry trends.

Work Environment

  • 100% remote position with work hours alignedto the PST time zone.
