What will you do?Answer calls, chats or emails professionally to provide information about products and services, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints.Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions, are taken.Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.Take a Customer-focused approach to handle complaints and escalations.Identify Customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/ or alternatives. Building relationships.Understanding the unstated needs of the customer, asking relevant questions.Achieving the assigned target, following all SOPs
