Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role for a Loyalty Program Manager at Elevatoz Loyalty in Gurgaon . The role involves designing, implementing, and managing loyalty programs, analyzing program performance, and executing loyalty marketing strategies to engage channel partners and customers on a daily basis.


Qualifications


  • Loyalty Programs, Channel Loyalty, and Program Management skills.
  • Analytical Skills for interpreting program data and performance metrics
  • Strong background in Loyalty Marketing strategies
  • Experience in designing and managing loyalty programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 7-10 years of experience in loyalty management with a proven track record of success.
  • Creating clear and concise (SOPs) and(SOWs). 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
