Responsibilities:

  1. Recruit and onboard factory staff and workers.

  2. Maintain attendance, shift schedules, and leave records.

  3. Support payroll preparation and overtime calculation.

  4. Ensure PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance.

  5. Handle worker grievances and maintain discipline.

  6. Monitor labor contractors and manpower deployment.

  7. Organize training, safety, and awareness programs.

  8. Keep HR files, registers, and statutory records updated.

  9. Prepare HR MIS reports (manpower, attrition, absenteeism).

  10. Coordinate with production, accounts, and admin teams.

Qualifications:

  1. Any Degree / MBA (HR preferred).

  2. 3 –6 years experience in factory/manufacturing HR.

  3. Knowledge of labor laws and compliance.

  4. Good communication and people-handling skills.

  5. MS Office / ERP knowledge.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300, ₹360,000.00 per year
