**Job Summary**:
The **Inward & Outward Coordinator** is responsible for overseeing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of coco peat raw materials and finished products. This role ensures efficient inventory management, logistics coordination, and compliance with quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Inward (Receiving & Inventory Management)**:
1. Coordinate the receipt of raw materials (coconut husks, fiber, and coco peat blocks).

2. Inspect incoming materials for quality and compliance with company standards.

3. Maintain accurate records of stock levels and update inventory databases.

4. Work closely with suppliers and transporters to ensure timely delivery.

5. Organize warehouse space for proper storage of raw materials.

**Outward (Dispatch & Logistics Management)**:
1. Plan and oversee the dispatch of finished coco peat products to customers.

2. Ensure packaging and labeling comply with shipping and customer requirements.

3. Coordinate with logistics partners for timely and cost-effective deliveries.

4. Prepare necessary shipping documents (bills of lading, invoices, export documentation).

5. Track shipments and resolve any delivery-related issues.

**Skills & Qualifications**:
1. Experience in **warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain** (preferably in the coco peat or agriculture industry).

2. Strong **organizational and communication skills** to coordinate with suppliers and logistics providers.

3. Knowledge of **inventory control systems and stock management**.

4. Ability to work with **logistics software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)**.

5. Understanding of **export documentation and compliance requirements** (for international shipping).

**Preferred Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor’s degree/diploma in **Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related fields**.

2. Prior experience in the **coco peat, coir, or agriculture industry**.

3. Familiarity with **warehouse safety standards** and compliance regulations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
