**Work Location : Salem**
- Scheduling & fixing up appointments (Personal & Official) for Director/COO
- Managing daily calendar & setting up reminders for meetings, events
- Planning & booking flights/trains for the Directors and also for the team members if required
- Managing & Processing all travel related documentation including itinerary, Hotel Accommodation,
- Boarding passes, RTPCR report, health declaration & travel Insurance
- Researching travel deals & finding the best prices
- Arranging & Coordinating with necessary documents for Visa appointments for the International Travel
- Arranging Travel Accommodation for the Business Visitors
- Coordinating with the team members for getting Important Data & Reports of the on
- going projects & submitting the same to the Director
- Scheduling Team Meetings & Business Clients meetings as per Directors instruction & making necessary arrangements for the meeting
- Providing Administrative Support to the Team Members for the smooth functioning of the team in the absence of Director /COO
- Managing Credit Card Bills of the Director/COO & Coordinating with accounts for timely payments
- Verifying Travel bills & obtaining approval from Director
- Monitoring & record keeping of any important payments
- Reservation of Conference Room for any meetings to be scheduled
- Ensuring necessary arrangements before the meeting
- Coordinating for day to day courier dispatches
- Tracking the Courier status & ensuring timely deliveries
- Maintaining file records of Director personal documents such as ID Proof, Education documents & other important documents
- Keeping file records of important payments made
- Maintaining important documents & Agreements
