Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Brand Manager to lead the development, implementation, and management of our cosmetic brand(s). This role is crucial in shaping brand identity, driving market growth, and ensuring a consistent brand presence across all consumer touchpoints. The ideal candidate is passionate about beauty trends, understands the cosmetics industry, and has experience building and managing consumer-focused brands.

Key Responsibilities:Brand Strategy & Development

  • Develop and implement short- and long-term brand strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Define brand positioning, tone of voice, and unique selling propositions.
  • Lead the launch of new products and sub-brands, ensuring alignment with brand identity.

Market & Consumer Insight

  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities.
  • Conduct consumer research to guide product development, pricing, and marketing strategies.

Product Marketing

  • Collaborate with Product Development and R&D teams to align product innovation with brand objectives.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
  • Ensure compelling and consistent messaging on packaging, in-store, and across digital platforms.

Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social, influencer, retail, print, etc.).
  • Work with creative and media agencies to develop impactful brand content.
  • Track campaign performance and ROI, providing recommendations for optimization.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, E-commerce, PR, and Trade Marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand execution.
  • Support retail and e-commerce promotions with relevant brand assets and messaging.

Budget Management

  • Manage brand marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
  • Monitor spend and forecast future brand investments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 4–7 years of experience in brand management, preferably in cosmetics, skincare, or FMCG.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior in the beauty industry.
  • Proven track record of successful brand building and product launches.
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and market research.
  • Creative mindset with attention to aesthetics and detail.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and influencer strategies.

Preferred Skills:

  • Passion for beauty, skincare, and cosmetic products.
  • Experience working with global or regional brands.
  • Knowledge of sustainability trends in beauty.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
