The Opportunity

We're looking for a visionary Head of Solutioning and UX to architect and deliver the next evolution of digital banking experiences . This is more than a leadership role — it's a chance to shape strategy, influence architecture, and drive transformation at scale .

Based in Hyderabad (with hybrid flexibility), you'll lead solution design, user experience innovation, and delivery excellence for our flagship Digital Bank Platform. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with business leaders, product strategists, and top engineering talent to create experiences that are intuitive, secure, and scalable .

What You'll Do

  • Architect the Future – Own the end-to-end solution design for our Digital Bank Platform.
  • Design with Impact – Lead UX strategy that blends human-centered design with business goals.
  • Drive Transformation – Develop and execute digital strategies that deliver measurable impact.
  • Lead from the Front – Build, mentor, and inspire high-performing cross-functional teams.
  • Deliver at Scale – Ensure world-class execution across complex, multi-market deployments.
  • Data-Driven Decisions – Use advanced web analytics and user insights to refine and elevate experiences.
  • Collaborate & Influence – Partner with technology, product, compliance, and commercial teams to ensure alignment and excellence.

What You Bring

  • Proven expertise in digital transformation and platform strategy — ideally in banking or fintech.
  • Track record of delivering large-scale platform rollouts with measurable business results.
  • Design Thinking and UX leadership experience for complex, multi-touchpoint products.
  • Strong technical understanding of platform architecture, APIs, and integration patterns.
  • Proficiency with web analytics and data-led decision-making.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
