Job Title: Retail Luxury Sales Executive – Eyewear
Location: Saket
Department: Retail Sales
Reports to: Boutique/Store Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Luxury Sales Executive with a strong background in luxury eyewear to join our boutique team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, a deep understanding of luxury customer service, and an eye for detail. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, driving sales, and representing the brand image in alignment with luxury retail standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer experience through personalized service and product knowledge.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster customer loyalty and repeat business.
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of luxury eyewear brands, lens types, and frame materials.
- Assist customers in frame selection, providing expert advice on fit, face shape, lifestyle, and prescription compatibility.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and other performance metrics.
- Maintain excellent visual merchandising standards and ensure that the boutique is always presentable and well-stocked.
- Handle POS transactions, exchanges, and returns efficiently and in accordance with company policies.
- Participate in product training, brand events, and clienteling initiatives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and new product launches.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in luxury retail, preferably in eyewear or fashion accessories.
- Proven track record in high-end sales and client ling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong sense of customer service.
- Passionate about luxury fashion and eyewear, with a good sense of style and presentation.
- Knowledge of optical terminology and lenses is a strong plus.
- Proficient in POS systems and basic computer applications.
- Fluent in English
