Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients/brands, addressing inquiries and understanding their needs- Assist the account management team in ensuring that all client deliverables are met on time- Contribute to creating compelling pitches for content partnerships, both long-form and short-form, to existing and new clients- Help prepare reports and presentations for client meetings, ensuring clear communication of ideas and strategies- Stay informed on industry trends to help identify opportunities for revenue growth and support the team in developing innovative solution- Update and manage client information, ensuring accurate tracking of key metrics and account performance

Desired Skillset:

- 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or a related field- Strong verbal and written communication skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or similar tools- Passion for Bengali Entertainment is a plus- A proactive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn

This role will be based in Kolkata.
