We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our team. The role involves building strong partnerships with schools and colleges, driving student engagement through events and counselling, and ensuring smooth execution of the admission process.

Key Responsibilities of Business Development Associate:

  • Tie-ups with Schools & Colleges: Build and maintain partnerships with educational institutions to promote our programs and initiatives.
  • Organising Events: Plan and execute seminars, workshops, and awareness drives in schools, colleges, and other relevant forums.
  • Student Counselling: Interact with students and parents to understand their aspirations, provide career guidance, and recommend suitable courses.
  • Career Guidance: Assist students in making informed career choices and guide them towards the right academic path.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and coordinate with team members to ensure smooth execution of tasks and achievement of targets.
  • Admission Process Handling: Guide students through the complete admission process, from inquiry to enrollment, ensuring a seamless experience.

Requirements for Business Development Associate Profile:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with institutions and students.
  • Confidence in public speaking and event management.
  • Problem-solving mindset with leadership abilities.
  • Prior experience in education sector, counselling, or business development will be an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
