Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer for our Acrylic Department. The candidate will be responsible for developing innovative designs, artwork, and layouts for acrylic-based products, signage, display units, retail branding, and other customized solutions. The role requires strong visualization skills, material knowledge, and hands-on experience in graphic and structural design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize, design, and execute creative solutions for acrylic products, signage, displays, branding, and visual merchandising.
  • Create production-ready artwork, mock-ups, and layouts considering acrylic material applications.
  • Collaborate with the production and fabrication team to ensure designs are feasible and material-compatible.
  • Develop 2D/3D design presentations for clients and internal approvals.
  • Work on branding, typography, color themes, and layouts suited for acrylic applications.
  • Ensure timely delivery of creative outputs aligned with project requirements and client expectations.
  • Keep updated with new design trends, printing techniques, and acrylic fabrication innovations.
  • Guide junior designers and provide design direction to the team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in graphic designing, preferably in acrylic, signage, retail branding, or fabrication industry.
  • Proficiency in design software: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, InDesign, AutoCAD / 3D (added advantage).
  • Strong understanding of acrylic material usage, fabrication processes, laser cutting, printing, and finishing techniques.
  • Creative thinker with excellent visualization, typography, and layout skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
