**Job Description of Junior Graphic Designer**

**Job Title**: Junior Graphic Designer

**Location**: Bhiwandi

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Department**: Marketing

**Reports To**: Marketing Manager

v **Job Summary**:
v **Key Responsibilities**:
Assist in the creation of graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print media (social media, ads, brochures, websites, presentations, etc.).

Collaborate with senior designers, marketers, and other team members to brainstorm and execute design solutions.

Edit and retouch images as needed.

Maintain and update design assets and templates.

Prepare and deliver final graphics in appropriate formats for publication or printing.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

v **Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or relevant experience).

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus).

Basic understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and composition.

Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.

Good time management and ability to work on multiple projects.

A portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
Knowledge of UI/UX design or tools like Figma or Sketch.

Basic video editing or animation skills.

Familiarity with social media platforms and content formats.
