**Job Title**: Junior Graphic Designer

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the creation of graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print media (social media, ads, brochures, websites, presentations, etc.).
- Collaborate with senior designers, marketers, and other team members to brainstorm and execute design solutions.
- Edit and retouch images as needed.
- Maintain and update design assets and templates.
- Prepare and deliver final graphics in appropriate formats for publication or printing.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or relevant experience).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus).
- Basic understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and composition.
- Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
- Good time management and ability to work on multiple projects.
- A portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.

**Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)**:

- Knowledge of UI/UX design or tools like Figma or Sketch.
- Basic video editing or animation skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content formats.
